FHG anti bailing grid trash remover is a kind of equipment used in front of water intake in large and medium-sized water supply and drainage engineering. It is widely used to intercept and clear large floating objects (such as branches, weeds, broken wood, plastic products waste and domestic garbage) in municipal sewage, waterworks, hydropower stations, sluices and other water conservancy facilities.
Structure and working principle:
FHG anti fishing grid trash remover is composed of drive system, frame, harrow teeth, traction chain, underwater guide wheel, auxiliary grid, main grid, slag baffle, etc. The drive system drives the rake tooth bar to rotate up and down along the guide rail through the traction chain. The toothed rake descends from the rear of the rack bar, and moves backward to the front of the rack bar through the underwater guide wheel at the bottom. The floating objects blocked by the rack bar are fished to the slag discharge port along the baffle from bottom to top, and then unloaded into the conveyor belt or garbage truck.
