Applications:

working principle:
The raw water enters from the tangent direction, initially forms a swirling flow, and then forms a certain velocity and flow pattern by the impeller, so that the sand adhering to the organic matter gradually washes each other, and sinks to the center of the sand hopper by the action of gravity and swirling resistance, and the stripped organic matter overflows upward with the axial flow. The sand accumulated in the sand hopper is lifted by the air lift pump, and enters the sand water separator for complete separation. The separated sand is discharged to the garbage bin (barrel) for external transportation, and the sewage flows back to the grid well.

The effect of sand setting is little affected by the change of water content. The separation effect of sand and water is good, and the water content of separated sand is low, which is convenient for transportation.
