The integrated double screw sludge dewatering system is mainly composed of a screw sludge dewatering machine, an integrated dosing device, a dosing pump, a sludge pump and a transport vehicle (the transport vehicle is provided by the user).
working principle:
According to the needs of customers, the integrated spiral sludge dewatering system can be directly moved to the side of sludge tank for sludge dewatering treatment.
The integrated dosing device in the system is responsible for the dissolution and ripening of chemicals, and the screw type sludge dewatering machine completes the sludge dewatering treatment, and then the sludge cake is transported to the designated place by the shaftless screw conveyor. The system contains sludge pump and dosing pump, which can complete the work of sludge dewatering room independently by connecting external power supply and flushing water source.
